WHY?

• Poor public school leadership in disadvantaged communities

• Wastage of national funds

• No dicipleship/ mentorship in public schools

What is our plan?

1. Help build affordable private Christian schools in disadvantaged communities.
2. Develop the Principals/Executives of our schools into courageous Leaders.
3. Facilitate discipleship programs with our students.
4. Connect our graduates with employment or internship opportunities.
5. Let each of our private schools influence one public school in the same community.
6. Establish a quality online school with a accessable resources for disadvantaged communities.

Testimonials

By transferring 51% of our equity to Nika Capital we were able to give control to God Almighty through this process. At the same time we meet the ultimate objectives of the BBBEE codes by giving control to a Broad Based Black Ownership Scheme that benifit previously disadvantaged communities directly. This speaks to our reason for existance, to care for the needy through giving hope, education and opportunities.

- Bertie Lourens, CEO WastePlan

NIKA has provided Business Print Capital with more than a Broad-based BEE ownership structure. It allows our business to be closer to nation building initiatives which are truly making an impact in South Africa. It brings the BusinessPrint Group close to an enjin of transformation.

Fanie Venter, Co-Chairman, BusinessPrint Group

Through NIKA's ownership in Infotech, the business is able to actively participate in changing the Education landscape in South Africa. By continually investing in NIKA either through dividend distributions or donations, we know that children some-where will reap the benefit.

Heinrich Venter, Former CEO, Infotech PTY LTD
